Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:
4 cups           frozen organic strawberries or fruit of choice
1 can             Cha’s Organics coconut whipping cream
1 Tbsp           lemon or lime juice
1/2 - 1 tsp      monk fruit liquid extract
Pinch             unrefined sea salt
1 tsp              vanilla extract

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor, fitted with an S-blade and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
